RULES & REGULATIONS
Admission in Creative Mindz Pre School and Day Careremains open throughout the year on first come first serve basis depending on the availability of seats in the respective branch.
Documents required at the time of admission:
Copy of the birth certificate of the child issued by a civic body.
Four passport size photographs of the child and one passport size photograph of both the parents.
Id- Copy of Adhaar Card
One passport-size photograph of the guardian/ attendant who would be responsible for picking & dropping the child from & to the school or school transport (other than parents).
Covid-19 vaccination certificate of all the eligible family members.
TUITION FEE
The tuition fee is to be paid before the 7th of every month.
TRANSPORT & SAFETY
Transport facility is available at Creative Mindz Pre School and Day Care.
Though utmost safety & security measures are taken in transportation services but school takes no responsibility for any incident, mishap, or injury that may occur in or around school premises or during travel.
It will be the responsibility of the parents to drop and pick the child well on time
Parents who wish to discontinue the transport facility of their child should inform the school office at least one month in advance.
TRANSFER POLICY
Transfer of the student from one branch to another anywhere in the country is subjected to the terms & conditions.
WITHDRAWAL
One month's written notice is required to withdraw the child from the school.
On withdrawal, no amount would be refunded in any case.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
In case of any change in residential address or contact number(s) parents needs to inform the same in writing to school authorities immediately.
USE OF AUDIO/ VIDEO/ PHOTOGRAPHS
School can use audio/ video or photographs of the students for website, prospectus, and print, digital and TV promotions and parents cannot submit any claim for the same.
